I took my son to the Great Clips on Hancock Bridge Parkway, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever seen. The haircut was done by Racheal, and the end result was very disappointing. The back was crooked, the fade was extremely choppy, and the overall haircut looked rushed and uneven. It honestly seemed like the focus was more on getting people in and out quickly than making sure the haircut was done properly. I got a man haircut. If i could give 0 stars i would. Its not what i asked for. All though the place is welcoming thr haircutting is so bad please dont go

Rachel does a great job she provides great customer service the fact she bilingual that even better please go to her you won't regret it she a lovely lady with a good enthusiasm.
My 6 year old son loves to come here! They are so good with kids and have a lot of patience.
