My husband's been here before but yesterday (7/13/25) was the first time we took our son (4yrs) here. We've been to SM & OC Great Clips and usually left unhappy. Samantha at St Francis location did my son's hair and OMG, out of all the Great Clips we've been to, this has been the greatest exp for my son. Samantha was so personable, explained every step, let him touch the clippers so he wouldn't be afraid & had all the patience in the world and did such a great job. Crystal is my hairdresser. She is very easy to talk with and does a great job on cutting my hair, Very professional.
I'd give zero stars if I could I'll start by saying I HAD long beautiful thick hair and I only get it trimmed 1 or 2 times a year I went for a TRIM and light layers towards the bottom to be easier to brush, around 10 inches of my hair was chopped in the back (ONLY IN YHE BACK) and she thinned my hair and I didn't ask for it! It's going to take years for it to grow back! And yes I showed the stylist how much I wanted off and on the little ticket that prints it only says 1 1/2 inches trimmed
