I came in an got a hair cut by a woman named Samantha and she was nothing but a saint, she did an amazing job on my hair and also was very friendly and gave great service, all around great. I will defiantly be returning just for her
Crystal was fantastic and they navigated a crazy busy rush with no issues, she was very positive to staff as well and definitely deserves a raise Best cut I’ve gotten from here
I scheduled an appointment to get my hair done for prom and when I got there, (the day of prom) they told me the person who my appointment was with was not there and they didn’t have anyone else there that could do it. I had to find someone last second the day of prom to do my hair with short notice. I did not receive any phone calls or messages saying my appointment had been canceled, so you can imagine how upsetting it was to show up to an appointment that had been. This was a horrible experience , overall.
