This place is awful. They treated my daughter and I like garbage. I brought it up to the owner's attention that the stylist,Kayla, was ripping while pulling on my daughter's curls. The owner was unprofessional and hung up the phone saying that I would not tell her how to run her business. What a shame that they treat people like that. The owner is a very rude individual.

Never going back! I had my hair mutilated by some new woman stylist. She did not bother to ask me how I wanted my hair. Apparently she looked on their computer to see notes from someone else who did it last time. She was very timid and I did get the sense that maybe it was her first day or month. This is why I never got to great clips ... new, inexperienced stylists who don't know what they are doing. My hair is all different lengths and will take months to grow back out to the way it was. GREAT CLIPS GENEVA... not so great. Some companies spend millions to get customers in the store, only to drive them away with employees who truly don't care about the people they serve. That was certainly the case today. A seemingly reasonable request to use a coupon from another Great Clips, DENIED! How about a coupon printed on my receipt from last haircut? Required to work off the clock, refuses final paycheck Steven Ross owns this salon. His employees are required to work off the clock. If you complain you will be fired. If you quit, he will convert your wages to basically whatever you earned in tips. I'm sure Mr. Ross has had plenty of pesky Wage Claim Forms to deal with.

Chop Job! – httpFor my birthday, I decided to get my haircut here. The shop was pretty empty. I asked for a shampoo, cut, and blowdry. The woman sprayed my head, chopped around, and blowdryed all in about 5 minutes. There were knots in the back bottom of my hair as she blowdryed it. For some reason (second chances), I mentioned that I had layers which are about 3" difference throughout my head, so she picked up a few random spots and sliced them on an angle. Waaah! Fun People but the job they did on my hair was Terrible!! all i wanted was a face frame, and they chopped and chopped, When i went back the next day to have someone fix it they looked at me and said "We Did That"? then a different girl tried to fix it. So my Cheap hair cut was never fixed correctly and I still cry over it and its been Quite a few months. I say God elswhere. These people are not trained correctly!
