I went for a haircut and got my neck butchered with cuts all the way across it so I went back up to get a refund from the GM a few days later and I amsed for a refund a few times and she said she wanted to see if she could fix it up first. I thought she was going to fix the mistake they made and then give me my refund but instead she fixed it and told me to have a good day and that I didnt owe her anything I wouldn't have paid anything for them to fix what they did and they didn't give me my refund even though I asked severa... read more
Went up for a haircut and the lady almost cut my neck and didn't line up my side burns or even trim around my ears or even out the hair on the back of my neck. I went home and took a shower and noticed extremely long hairs coming out from behind both ears so I went back up to see if they'll fix it and they were closed at 415pm....
Fast, just the cut I wanted. Very nice people work here. Great cut for the right price. No problems, in and out. They have it noted how exactly you like you haircut. No problems. Very friendly staff. Very good service.
Not coming back
Was very happy with this location, unlike other locations we've been. Checked in online which was easy and quick. Then we were in and out quickly and happy with my son's haircut.
