Literally the single worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I am 47 years old. I use Great Clips back home in FL for EVERY SINGLE HAIRCUT, and have never had an issue. I work a summer job in Maine, and Windham is the closest location to my summer job. Last Wednesday I checked in online around 2PM (as I always do when using Great Clips as that is a great feature), and arrived at 2:25 PM. Stephanie did a great job on my hair.
Get my hair done every month here by Emma. She’s so good at what she does and has been a great friend of mine for many years. Always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients get what they ask for in a haircut. I recommend her and this salon to anyone!!
I just moved here from Idaho and everything being so new including the people I had a great experience there with Stephanie. I am deaf and get anxious when communicating with people but she was wonderful. I will be going back again and again! Thanks for your patience.
