The service has really gone downhill. I did the online reservation and it said 25 minutes. So I arrived in 25-30 minutes, I still had to wait another 30 minutes after arrival, then they even took the lady listed after me. When I questioned why I was not next , the stylist said the receptionist forgot to resister that I was there. Not my fault! So no apology, and they did not make the other lady wait her turn..
