Refused service to me, saying I had lice! I told them I had just sprayed dry shampoo and it left little flakes, in my hair. Stylist said my hair was dry and went back and got a manager I suppose, who declined my service. Without doing ANYTHING but a regular wash and going to a reputable salon, they gave me an outstanding cut and never said a word about such a ridiculous claim ! I went and waited although I had scheduled appointment. Prices increased dramatically for a simple shop. When I explained how I wanted my hair cut... The girl was listening to another group. Then she proceeded to tell me I had lice and she couldn't cut me. I went directly to my doctor and they looked closely with enhanced light and mirror. I was totally embarrassed because shop was full. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm absolutely horrified at what my hair looks like now!!! I waited for about 40 mins then I get with a lady who has short curly hair and glasses she didn't even tell me her name ...and i told her I wanted my hair about 2 inches down past my shoulders and now it's not even touching my shoulders keep in mind my hair was midway down my back so it was longer. First time going to Great Clips I did not make an appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes great workers and great cut thank you
I used the app to sign in. I was notified when my wait time was 15 minutes. By the time I arrived, I was first in line. I was asked how I wanted my hair cut, and it was cut as I requested...for less money than I expected. I will return here.
