Refused service to me, saying I had lice! I told them I had just sprayed dry shampoo and it left little flakes, in my hair. Stylist said my hair was dry and went back and got a manager I suppose, who declined my service. Without doing ANYTHING but a regular wash and going to a reputable salon, they gave me an outstanding cut and never said a word about such a ridiculous claim ! I went and waited although I had scheduled appointment. Prices increased dramatically for a simple shop. When I explained how I wanted my hair cut... The girl was listening to another group. Then she proceeded to tell me I had lice and she couldn't cut me. I went directly to my doctor and they looked closely with enhanced light and mirror. I was totally embarrassed because shop was full. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm absolutely horrified at what my hair looks like now!!! I waited for about 40 mins then I get with a lady who has short curly hair and glasses she didn't even tell me her name ...and i told her I wanted my hair about 2 inches down past my shoulders and now it's not even touching my shoulders keep in mind my hair was midway down my back so it was longer.
