I asked for a masc haircut, showed a photo, explained that my hair is curly and that they need to cut it a lot longer than they think they should, and the stylist proceeds to give me a haircut that looks nothing like the masc haircut I showed her, in fact my hair now looks like a pixicut, a popular cut for women. If the stylist didn't know how to cut my hair the way I wanted she shouldn't have tried. Now I'm stuck with a horrible haircut and am now forced to wait months for my hair to grow back so maybe I can save it myself.... read more
Everyone is nice. Wish we got more coupons. My hair needs cut every 5 to 6 weeks and being a fixed income i could use coupons.

I understand everyone has to learn, but customers should be informed if services are being provided by students or inexperienced staff. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place for professional hair services.
