I came in for a haircut at 6:00 PM when the place closes at 7:00 PM. There were three people (including my brother) ahead of me and two workers. I continued to sit there patiently all the way till 6:45. The hair stylist finally finished cutting the hair of the person before me. She then went on to sweep the floor when it COULD NOT have been cleaner. I waited patiently till 7:05. My brother then finished his haircut. The manager Jennifer H is not very friendly or patient. The other stylists have much better customer service skills. Many customers wait for other stylists when Jennifer is available. That says a lot. I would have given more stars because the rest of the staff is great, but Jennifer H brings it down.
Always extremely pleased with the expertise and knowledge in various hair types and how I received the best cut and style for my hair type
I like how they keep a record of how you like your hair cut. She did a great job of cutting my hair the way I like it. With being able to sign in ahead of time it helps reduce the time you have to wait. You are in and out very quickly.
