Wife asked for under cut. Asian stylist started cutting away without asking about preferences about how to cut it. Didn't ask if I was happy with it and immediately went to the register. I had to grab her mirror to see if she chopped it. Worst 20$ spent on a simple cut.
If i could 0 stars i would. I simply called to ask if there was await and a lady with a Chinese accent told me to go check online meanwhile she is there to let me know! Very bad customer service. Never even set foot in there and i would never!
Most of the times I get a great haircut.
