I walked in today without an appointment, and was kindly welcomed in. I can’t remember the name of the woman who cut my hair but she was great. She asked all the pertinent questions about how I want it cut, how I usually style it etc; We talked music and concerts and when it was all said and done, I walked away with a great haircut. I had never been there before, but I look forward to going back. The entire experience was excellent.

I had a horrible experience here with the 58 year old orange haired woman with bangs and glasses. She insulted my highlights and had an issue when I wanted to go from a trim to a cut? What’s the issue? I’m paying for the service? She didn’t say “you’re welcome” when I thanked her, and told me my highlights looked like they were from the 80s, they were over processed & thick, and that lords and ladies needs to learn how to do them. I felt like I was being bullied by her and felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Not exactl... read more
