I loved my new hair cut by Jaimee. She is so talented at what she does. There is also a new Asian stylist (forget her name), she cut my hair so well professionally on my last visit as well!
This is the worst of the worst. I went there and made a reservation, and when I got there, they didn't say anything for over an hour. They were just talking amongst themselves and didn't seem to care. So I just left. I wasted half a weekend. This is the worst hair salon I've ever been to.
There are great Asian hair dressers (Jaimee & Emily) at this Westford location. They cut my hair nicely every time I'm there. I highly recommend this place. I also highly recommend Jaimee.
