Worse than me cutting it myself! It was supposed to be layered.. I literally have bumps in the back that can’t be washed, combed, moussed, gelled or sprayed to controlled. There are “layers” but there’s no laying…it’s literally bumps of hair. Disgusting!
Called to see if I could make an appointment. Was told that they don't make appointments... to just come on in. Got there and 4 people who came in after me were taken ahead of me. Something about online check in. I'm 78. Seems that they don't want the "aged," concession.
1. Great clips has on line sign in and tells you when to arrive when it is time for your haircut. 2. Prices are discounted for senior adults and disabled veterans. Of course I like saving money. 3. The shop keeps a record of the style you prefer and the sizes of the razor guards used to make it happen. You can just agree to getting the same cut or tell them of any issues you had with the last cut and they will make suggestions for changes.
