New staff doesn't know what to do with a beard. I understand they're likely fresh out of the learning bit, but each time I've gone over the last few months it's been progressively worse. Today the stylist left my beard basically half trimmed and unshaped, and when I asked her to shape it she practically shaved the bottom a good bit. Looks horrible. The haircut itself is fine but don't expect them to do well with a beard or mustache
