Linh is an absolute sweetheart and amazing at her craft. I had a bad experience at my local great clips (in San Jose) and my person only works weekends and my schedule always changes. I hurried and managed to get in at 7:30 (I’m so sorry) but she looked at a picture and replicated it with just a glance! Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding! I will definitely be back!
Came with a reference photo and asked the lady if it was possible because she seemed unsure but immediately said she could when I said I could go somewhere else. I think part of working in customer service is honesty and she was not honest nor did she listen to what I want. I came in with nice long waves and asked for a trim and she ended up cutting inches off and ruined my months of healthy grown hair. I will not be returning because I can no longer trust your employees to tell me the truth as they seem to no know their own... read more
I've had good hair it's and a few ok ones . .but this haircut was one of my best and people noticed
