Came with a reference photo and asked the lady if it was possible because she seemed unsure but immediately said she could when I said I could go somewhere else. I think part of working in customer service is honesty and she was not honest nor did she listen to what I want. I came in with nice long waves and asked for a trim and she ended up cutting inches off and ruined my months of healthy grown hair.
