Quick service, reasonable price, good cut, friendly people.
Came in for a cut, and to be honest I was not real confident with the stylist. I was dreading the outcome! Then along came J or Jolly I believe, and she was the savior of my haircut. I'll make sure to ask for her directly next time I get a haircut!
Best place! Great haircuts by wonderful and best hair stylist! Everyone is super friendly and talented.
Called and asked about hair dye. The lady laughed out loud, told me, "we don't do hair dye, just cut hair, okay bye" and hung up right away. It felt kind of rude, I might have said okay I'll just come in for a cut but I didn't get the chance and got laughed at?
I visited the Valley Mills Great Clips location on July 11 at approximately 11:30 a.m., and unfortunately, the experience was very unprofessional. While I was there, several staff members were openly discussing workplace issues in front of customers. They were using profanity, speaking negatively about another employee for being late, and criticizing management by saying that “John does a horrible job” running the business.
