I took my son in to get a bald fade and Katrina did a terrible job! It’s not blended and I ended up having to spend more money to take him somewhere else to get it fixed. I had taken him there before right before Christmas and Richard cut his hair and it was exactly what I asked for! Is there a way I can get Richard’s schedule so I can book directly and don’t have to go through this again?
We've been coming to this location for about a year now usually there's no issues but yesterday that changed when the 2 gentleman working there couldnt cut mine or my 2 year old sons hair. I was told by the only one who would speak to me that oh neither one of us feel comfortable cutting a child's hair, he doesn't cut woman's hair, and I cant cut a "stacked bob" like what? Alfredo gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever received, even after asked him for a specific style and showed him a picture. Otherwise, the stylists usually do great.
went in this morning and was glad to see Richie (my fav and is the only one to get my hair right the way I want it) was gonna cut my hair. Another young Hispanic male was there and was really nice and polite. I was relieved when I saw that the store mgr and Katrina were not there, they are just way too loud. And I can never truly enjoy my experience without having my conversations overflowing from thier conversations but it’s okay. I brought my niece in on Saturday. She seen Richie. He took his time with her and listed to how she wanted her hair cut. We are both very pleased with the end results!! He did an amazing job. We will be back
