Went for a trim with a clear reference photo, hair was cut way too short immediately and ended up uneven on either side. Extremely dissatisfied with the lady that did my hair.

My friend gets her hair cut and styled there. Just don't buy any products, there's no returns allowed. They have computer evidence that we bought some mousse there, but they still want the receipt. Who keeps all of their receipts? Oh well, we didn't want that stuff, just some hair spray. We'll get the same stuff from the Jungle Web (Amazon) for less.

Went in to get my hair cut and it’s 5 inches shorter than what I wanted my hair has one layer that looks like a shelf it’s longer in the front than in the back and my bangs no longer go across the front of my face. Very discouraging when you come in with hair to your butt for a trim for it to be under your breast and you leave with it at your shoulders and you can’t even style it so you wear it in a pony tail thru the biggest week of the year because a trim and lots of a layers is too hard

I like this place and I come a lot and they usually do amazing but this time the person cut my hair shorter then what I asked and now there a no way for me to style it curled or straight and my framing layers are now as short as bangs and I can’t tuck it behind my ear anymore even tho I said I wanted to grow them out
