Non-consensual bang chop! :( I very clearly told my stylist multiple times the length that I wanted and that I did NOT want the front pieces of my hair short. My face framing pieces were down to my chin and I told her I just wanted them trimmed. At one point during the haircut, she took the front chunk of my hair and VERY quickly chopped it to the length of my eyebrows! It happened so fast I wasn't able to stop her, and now I'm stuck with chunky bangs that do not look good. I have never left a haircut and cried but this time... read more
Awful place, don't seem to know what they are doing, they seemed confused, they apologized and blamed their behavior on a lack of sleep, didn't feel safe getting my haircut there so I left.
