Went in with very long hair.. asked for a trim and left with shoulder length hair (I also wear glasses and was asked to remove them so I didn’t see until the end) she cut off over 5 inches. Also wouldn’t stop making backhanded comments about my color that I do myself.
Got exactly the haircut I wanted at a fair price. The stylist was excellent and really took care of me.
