Two visits: The first with someone who took 45 min for a trim-said she had been doing hair for years but my hair looked like a beauty school student cut. She was sweet but so slow. The second time I took my son. The woman that did his hair didn't want to cut it the way I asked and was extremely rude about it. She was very short with him about keeping his head still and kept jerking his head up. Considering he is 11 and sat very still, its not like he was jumping around in his chair. Will NEVER return or recommend.
