I went in for just a neck trim. They zip right up the back like they didn't hear one thing I said. Then didn't even it out... Like zero effort to do anything to listen or correct anything.
Online check-in, said 97 minute wait. Then in an hour, received text to "come right in"!
My husband came home tonight with this haircut. I think the photos speak for themselves. Unfortunately there is no blending of the layers and it ended up looking like a 3 year old hacked at it with scissors. Not to mention all the neck hair still?? Going to get it fixed somewhere else in the morning. Sad he paid and tipped for this.
Only place I go for haircuts! When in Iowa, Wisconsin or Florida it is always Great Clips. My information is in the system at all of their establishments.
