I have a autistic non verbal child and it has been so hard to find someone he will allow to cut his hair. Karen was amazing with him, she was so gentle, explained everything she was gonna do to him. Also a thank you to the lady who checked us in, she was so helpful to. Amazing girls up there.
I went in Tuesday 01/27/2026 at 2:30pm a lady cut my hair right before she got off at 3pm but the point is my hair is uneven and needs to be fixed I will be calling tomorrow and speaking to a manager btw this is in Jacksonville Tx. Oh and my husband went in after me and had his hair cut and it is also uneven.
Never had to wait longer than necessary. Everyone always friendly and courteous. Nice cut also.
I have used two ladies for cuts. Both amazing, friendly and professional!!
