My disabled son was denied a haircut from this business, and upon my son’s name being called and her realizing he was disabled she said “oh God”, that’s an exact quote. A formal complaint with ADA has been made, #824837-DPN. Shame on you, the way you spoke to my son, treated my son, and denied my son is just absolutely awful.
