Love the staff!!!!
I asked for 2 inches to be cut from my hair that was almost to my waist. The stylist said she knew how to cut what I was asking for and she butchered my hair by taking 7 or more inches off and a horrible cut! Then I was told they can't dry or style it! I understand now why you can't because no one can when it's a terrible cut! Stay away from those that lie and say they can do something when they have no clue. Never go back
Anyone who screams in a child's face should not be working with the public. Your manager in the Elizabethton store handled it horribly. Calling corporate today because you all are not worth a dime! This is not a "teaching moment" this is terrible customer service. Proves you all are at Great Clips because a salon WOULD NEVER hire you. (:
