I went here recently and asked for a trim with layers but the hair dresser butchered my hair. I only wanted 2 inches off with the layers I had. I didn't notice how much he cut off because I can't see well since I wear glasses. I thought it looked alright before I left but I was wrong. Its like I have a bob with how bad the layers are. Plus both sides are uneven. I really wish I had not gone to this location, especially before the holidays. I am struggling to my put hair back and I have to use clips to pin back the layers.
Awful experience today, stylist just decided to do his own thing and cut my hair way too short. Not what I wanted at all. Very unhappy.
