I have only been once but my experience was great.
Went to get my hair cut today and I have never had a bad experience there until today! The lady just shaved my sides down after I told her that I wanted it to be tapered up to the top so it would blend in with the long on top! She just shaved it all off to one length and now I look like Clark Peters off King of the Hill! I’m so sad I have a big event coming up and now I feel awful about my appearance! If I ever return that lady will never touch my head again!
Had a terrible experience I usally always go there and they give me what I ask for. Idk what the person was going for but I told her especially not to go short then she cut my layers way to short than my natural length.
