I will never be in to this great clips again. Their receptionist is incredibly rude. I expressed a concern about the wait times and the blonde receptionist was incredibly rude. Avoid this great clips if you enjoy quality service or any decent respect.

If you come here do NOT let Reagan cut your hair, I brought my son in to get his hair cut for school a couple weeks ago and we were already waiting for a while and as soon as we were ready she went outside to go smoke… and when she did get to cut my sons hair she absolutely butchered it despite me asking multiple times to fix it she was being so rude and unprofessional. I came back to have it fixed and have another stylist re-do it and she did an amazing job. If I could give this place 0 stars I would don’t come here.
Staff were very rude to a customer. He was just trying to find out how long it would take to get a haircut he had signed up online previously so he was in the system. Staff weren't responding to him eventually things got heated and he was asked to leave. Another staff actually gave him a haircut cuz he had prepaid. People need to be a little more patient even if they're busy.
