Absolutely terrible. Horrible service and ok atmosphere. They messed up my haircut several times. WOULD NEVER recommend
I’m giving them one star because there is no such thing as zero stars. Set up an appointment on a Monday afternoon and waited a very long time before I finally got the text message. Showed up and the woman at the register totally ignored me and finally told me she was busy and take a seat. After I sat for 10 minutes she asked me what my number was and then disappeared into the back of the store with a laundry basket full of stuff……and never reappeared. Terrible, it seemed like the girl just walked off the street and messed up my hair, the whole thing took less than five minutes, yes! Five minutes, this is rediculous!!
Also positive, quick cut, highly recommend checking in online.
