My haircut was exactly what I wanted!
!!!SCAM ALERT !!! After my haircut, I informed the staff about my $5 coupon from Great Clip. She claimed it wouldn’t work without even trying. When I insisted she enter the coupon code, the system gave me $5 off, and the new total was reflected in the card scanner. However, she immediately removed the applied coupon (which worked) and said it didn’t work. Additionally, this store claims that online check-in isn’t available before 2 hours of closing time, claiming more than expected foot traffic. But that’s not true.
