Nay did an Excellent Job, on cutting super long hair off my hubby! Showed old photo, of when we were 1st married, and his hair was short. Now on the Harley an boat, hair doesn't need to be braided or in ties. He's absolutely loving it! Thanks Nay, you did an Excellent Job! 10 Gold stars, for You! He looks exactly like, when we were dating!!!

Checked in online and headed to the salon after I received a text that I was up. Mentioned my name when I got there and they said I was all set. An hour later I got concerned when people arriving after me were called first. Said I wasn’t on the list even though I was acknowledged coming in, so I got bumped to the bottom. Couldn’t wait any longer so no haircut. Staff is fine otherwise and it was quite busy. Honest mistake I think but communication could have been better.

Signed in online. A pink hair gal with a nose ring met me. I was there within 5 minutes of the 0 wait time. Was told they could not cut my hair since too close to closing time. There were no customers waiting and no one getting a hair cut. I pointed this out still would not cut hair. .. lazy. Will never go back to that location. My hair cuts are very simple
