We have been taking my son to this location for about a year now. About 2 months ago we changed his hair style. I guess in the 3 times I came back with my son, they never updated his style in their notes. Over $60 of haircuts just gone. My son had longer hair in the back and it was faded instead of leaving it alone. You could clearly see the style we were going after. Fade around the ears leave the top leave the back. Went to get a hair cut yesterday and the girl cut my hair so short NEVER AGAIN! I specifically asked for long layers and now my hair looks short above my shoulders I used to have long hair now it looks nasty!!! Don’t know who cut my hair didn’t even get a name I was so mad I tried to get out as fast as I can!
Was not happy with the haircut when I got home I noticed one side wasn't even cut
Jamie was so patient and gentle with my son, who has sensory sensitivities. She took her time, made him feel safe, and the haircut turned out amazing we will retire
