Normal we come to have Ms Abby cut our hair. She wasn't in. So Oliver freshened us up. He did an amazing job. My complaint isn't with him. My complaint is with another stylist that was there. I believe her name was, Amelia. The way she spoke to one of her clients was uncalled for. Absolutely disgusting. And loud enough the entire salon could hear her. Walked right in, no appointment on a Tuesday evening and got a great cut from Laura!
I had a really bad experience with one of your employees Emilia, she was very rude and asked for what type of haircut would you like and after I requested a certain type. She said go to another saloon we won’t do it here. I would not encourage such behavior towards customers, please look into this.
Today, I visited Great Clips around 4:30p.m located at 4021 Mill St, Kansas City, MO 64111 for a haircut. Upon entering, an employee greeted me and asked if I had checked in online, to which I said yes. She then asked me to have a seat. When it was my turn, she asked about the type of haircut I wanted. As I started explaining, she immediately asked me to step out of the chair and insisted I show her a picture instead.
