Always good friendly service
I’ve been coming here for years and have been treated well. Everyone was nice and personable. Lately the turnover is very high and I have not been having as good of an experience. Today my barber simply didn’t know how to make conversation. She hurried through the cut and rushed me out. There were not many people in the shop. But my experiences have been getting steadily worse each time. And I never see a familiar face anymore. I’m considering looking elsewhere.
The person cutting my hair wanted ⁵me in an out of the chair fast! as⅝ked me how I wanted my hair cut then proceeded to cut it sorta-kinda theť way I asksed. I felt hurried and not listened to or taken serious. This was the trip I was going to have abetter experience after manager called me a liar[.
Went in for a simple haircut where I planned on taking some length off. My hair was approximately 16-18inches long and I wanted the length cut to about my armpits which I communicated right away. Wanted some simple longer layers I requested as well. Walked away with a botched cut about two inches above where I requested the length to be (hair fell slightly lower than my shoulders) and the layers were choppy, noticeable and uneven.
