They advertise walking welcome but treat walkins like 2nd class citizens. People can use their stupid app to sign in, come whenever they want, and still get a haircut while the walking have been waiting for over an hour. I hate their blatant disrespect for their customers. Incredibly rude and unprofessional to treat walkins as nobodies. They still continue to treat walk ins like 2nd class citizens. They should just remove Welcome Walkins because they are NOT welcome at all.
I had my hair cut for the first time at your shop at Riverchase Plaza. Great job done by Nancy!
Great service
The great clips at this location is by far the best. Amanda is awesome very friendly, attentive and really listens to what you want and I always end up with an amazing haircut
