The app says they're open until 6 on Fridays. I scheduled appointment and show up at about 4:45. The door was locked and there were 3 pieces of paper taped to the door, with 3 separate sets of hours lol. There were 2 people getting their haircut inside. I quickly got the picture that they were not taking anybody else, regardless of any of the listed hours on any of the papers.
Check in online, waited 30 mins at home got to the store on time and was told to wait for a walk in cause he walked in before me. What's the point of the online check in if I still have to wait when I get there. Absolutely terrible service
This place is terrible they have no clue have to give the haircut you ask for.. I asked for about an inch off the top and the lady took 3 and she gave me a skin fade instead of a low fade.
I've used other locations before I went to this one. I was happy with the fact that it doesn't get as busy as some of the other locations I've used. The staff there were very nice and it's easy to find with good parking.
