Very disgusted over the fact that they had the door locked 45 minutes before closing and despite being checked in 20 minutes prior to that they pretty much complained that we were there by saying they’re open 7 days a week and they wanted to get home to their families. And then on top of that we planned on giving a cash tip but after paying by card and clicking no tip the stylist immediately asked why we chose no tip and that’s how they make their money. If you hate your job just say that and find something else

Took her 5 min to cut friends hair. Didn't listen to any request my friend had about length. Then coupon never showed up until 4 hours later so could not use. Won't be back to this branch.
