Mona at the Rt 33 branch did a great job for both myself and my mom's haircuts. We are very happy with them and will be changing our "favorite location" to be that one in the future.
It's the worst service you could possibly get.
I am very happy with my experience at the Great Clips on Rt 33 Hamilton Sq! Mona was helpful in figuring out what I should do with my hair today. My end result was just like we talked about! I love it!
Upon sitting in chair Mona was very unprofessional. She stated what do you want done, very uncaringly and proceeded to state only 1 cut not 2 cuts. So in other words, if you want more length cut off forget it. Also, I brought my client who is temporarily ill in for a haircut and when we gave her a tip she shook her head and rolled her eyes because she was unhappy with what she was given.
Chara was my hair stylist at this Solon. I decided to try this Solon and I was very happy with my hair cut. She really listened to exactly what I wanted. Gave me advice on what products to use. I will definitely go back to her again!
