I typically go to a different Great Clips and have never had a bad experience. I recently moved and wanted to try out this one. From the beginning, the woman who cut my hair had an attitude. I have bipolar depression and it’s hard for me to do keep up with my hair. The moment she started checking my hair, she made a disgusted face then kept asking me “what do you want me to do with this?”. The store gets closed at anytime .. always earlier then website mentioned time. We stay close by but cannot plan properly becoz they closes all of sudden even though online applications shows available.. very incertain , they should update atore time online
I will NEVER step foot into this place again. Literally walked in to this place at 3:36pm one lady sitting on her phone and other in another chair… they asked if I checked in and I said no there was no wait time. They told me they couldn’t can’t me because they were closing at 4:00pm. This is poor customer service! No wonder y’all are rated a 3.1!!
