Sabrina is great. She listens to you and doesn’t criticize you if you’ve done a little self trimming. She worked in some product to show me how to get the right look. I always wait for her to be working.

Stylist absolutely crushed it today, took care of extra requests and stayed positive. Got in and out quickly with online check in, overall great experience.
So why are we lying and saying we’re open until 5pm when I got there at 4 and the doors were locked already? Unbelievable.
Worst haircut ever, the hairdresser was so unfriendly. I don't really care about my looks but even my sideburns weren't aligned. I had to spend 20 minutes fixing it myself.
