We really appreciate the call ahead check-in. You know the wait time. Show up just before they are ready for you. Save some much time.
I’ve been going to this salon for years and have always had a great experience with Sadie. She’s an excellent stylist, and it really says a lot that she has stayed with the salon as long as she has. The only downside to my visits has been the experience at the front desk. Unfortunately, the staff member there often comes across as rude and unwelcoming, and the way customers are greeted and checked in can feel unprofessional. A more friendly and welcoming front desk experience would make a big difference overall.
