1st time at this location, 2nd time with Great Clips in a while. (Make sure to schedule an appointment with the app as it makes it much easier for them) I didn't catch her name, but I had a older black lady who did my haircut. I just showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went above and beyond. She was super friendly, and had great maternal vibes.
