My last haircut this past weekend was a great disappointment. The hairdresser that cut my hair was a very nice and sweet person, but unfortunately the haircut itself resulted in me, calling the store to come back in for a free fix it.

I'm not sure how this place has so many good reviews. I've never heard anything good about them. It's always bad experiences & advice to never go there. I occasionally go bc I need something fast & convenient, which they usually are. But, the cuts never turn out good. I wish things would've gotten better over time. I've heard about bad experiences for over a decade & thru many employees, the experiences never exceed or improve. Maybe they hire brand new or untalented stylists, just to have employees. Hit or miss. I dont go here anymore because I took my kid to get their hair cut and when we left, his hair was wet so it laid down but once it dried on the way home, the cow lick stood right back up after she said she cut it all down. I went back and they said they couldn't cut it because we should've said something before leaving, but again, it was wet and heavy so it laid down and only spiked back up once it was dry. I go to supercuts now.
