The hair on the side of my head ended up longer then the hair on top of my head. Asked for a taper and a blend into the top. She cut maybe an inch up from my neck and ear then just mangled my hair. Have pictures for reference. Nothing was even from top to bottom or from front to back. Have gone many times and unfortunately this is my review. Wait a week and book something nice. I’ve had really good experiences before today that’s why I gave it a 3 star… I am hard of hearing and when I called earlier today I had asked if they had any appointments in the next 20 mins the lady had said something which I think I heard that she didn’t have anything but I asked the lady to clarify on what she said. She huffed and hung up on me.
