Great Clips Lake Hallie I asked for a trim she shaved my head very poor poor service still charged me for her mistake never going to Great Clips again neither are my friends

Stylists here dp a great job of experimenting, listening, and getting to my idea.
Went in to get my son and I haircuts. I had a less than ideal situation, and Miranda my stylist was on top of it. She brought me water and a towel. I started sweating really bad and almost passed out in the chair. Our haircuts came phenomenal love coming here. Miranda if you see this thank you again!!
It was a perfect haircut. Done well and very friendly staff.
