Friendly staff. Usually busy, but online check in is great.
Website and door say they open at 8am. Sat in the parking lot from 8am-9am and nobody was here. Then as I was leaving one of the woman said “no” to cutting my sons hair the next time, cause she was mad I said something about sitting for an hour.
I been lied to, way too many times there when I asked for a particular hairstylist. I'm sorry that I'm a paying customer that expect a quality work and it's my hair and I care about how it's done. I'm sure some of you can relate that? It's not fault the most of them there sucks at their job.
Didn't listen. Told her 3 times that my daughter wanted her hair to her collarbone, past her shoulders. She cut it to her chin. Left with a crying 12 year old. Won't be back.
Stopped in to fix my daughter's hair after a butcher job at home and Pepper was there to save the day She such a great a job I decided to slide in the chair myself. Excellent customer service and truly enjoyed the education, tips and tricks to use at home 🥰 Thanks Pepper!!!!
