I got my haircut at the Island Lake location on Sunday, March 2, 2025. The woman who assisted me was friendly enough but not very gentle with her approach. It felt like a little bit of a rush and they weren’t really that busy at that point. I’ve been getting the same haircut for a few years now so it still came out well and I was still happy with the experience.
These people cannot cut hair! I have been going here for 3 years and they always do a poor job. I always tell myself "good enough". They keep getting new staff and the haircuts continue to get worse. This last time was right before Christmas and I have decided to never take my son here again! Terrible blending. The lines are very visible. I asked to blend a small spot more, to which she proceeded to cut an entire chunk of hair and made it so much worse. Never again!
