It’s just frustrating when you use the online services, and plan your timing and trip accordingly, only to get to the store, look at the screen and see I’m at the number 1 position and still sat there for almost 45 mins while 2 people cut in front of us, no explanation from the workers. Great haircut at a fair price
Been in NC for about 3 months. I went to the Fuquay / Varina location when first arriving in area. Lets just say, not a great attitude from their staff. The Holly Springs location was a flip of that. Will return and hope to receive cuts from Sharron.
Heather just lost you all a 10 year customer. I checked in online and requested Heather because it fit within the timeline in which I would be at this location. At 1:23 I received a notice that asked me to proceed into the store. At 1:26 I walked into the store at which I saw that my timeline jumped 20 minutes. When I asked why my timeline jumped, she said “ you weren’t here when I was ready so I took someone else”.
