Well, I had a terrible experience at the Cambridge Square Great Clips, I’m so glad I left there and came here! Patricia was able to answer my questions about strategy for growing my hair out because it’s super straight and short. It was a great trim and I will be coming back here again and again.
I went to Great Clips in Aston for the first time yesterday. The poor stylists had to work without air conditioning! I felt so bad for them. I was also hot and uncomfortable. What kind of company would expect their employees to work without AC? Shame on them.
I come to great clips Aston often, I see Trish when I come. I will say that it was a most uncomfortable experience as it was so hot and humid out and they don't have the air conditioner on. They said it's been broken for about 2 weeks. I think its totally unacceptable for the customer's as well as the employees. Totally unacceptable for a salon. I saw elderly customers actually walk out because they could not take the heat in here. Do better great clips!
