Disappointed with the customer service. The lady with the long red hair was cranky with us when taking our information and had little patience with our son. Her attitude with him softened a bit when she noticed we noticed her way of directing him. All I have to say is, don't bring your bad day into your customer service. And if you can't grin and bear it, let someone else take the kid's cuts or better yet, just stay home. We won't be back to this location.
I have been going to alpine for about 4 yrs now and it is the only place I go to they have a great stylist there that will cut my hair the way I want it done, and I do not have to go home and cut it over, her name is BELINDA . She a great stylists and she always makes you feel welcome.
Strange experience.. Indifferent stylists. Spray wet my hair, 10min cut , left the building with a wet head in 32° temperatures. Did not offer or explain any other services offered. Come to find out later that they will wash your hair for additional 4.00 and will style your hair for an additional charge, (but that was never told to me) Apparently, no other services are provided. Okay so to start it all off, I'm gonna say that before I even went to this Great Clips, I have to admit that I was nervous and scared because I haven't been to the Elkhorn one yet and I don't get my hair cut all that often because I like to grow it out. Everytime I have been into this Great Clips I have been extremely impressed. It is very clean and all of the girls are always smiling. I would recommend this shop for everyone in the Tamil. My husband and my two kids all go here and we are always impressed. Plus they are always sending and passing out coupons which helps make the haircuts affordable. Right now they are handing out 7.99 coupons for a back to school special. This defiently helped with all the other back to school expiences this year.
I get my hair cut here often and typically request Amber. Everyone there has always done a fabulous job on cutting my hair, and cuts it just the way I want it. Some big name salons charge $30+ for a haircut...Great Clips is super affordable!
