Walked in with my son. I could only see 3 people on the floor working. This place must be severely understaffed or something to have to sign up to wait 139 minutes for a haircut!! Walked back in and hour later and it was up to 180 minute wait! Only TWO PEOPLE WORKING a busy Sunday! Hire more talent please! This is ridiculous for everyone!
Nice staffs and good work
I went in to Great Clips a couple days ago to get my layers and curtain bangs put back in. The Stylist was incredibly nice and sweet but I'm not impressed with the haircut itself. I have never in my 30 plus years seen someone layer hair the way she did. It was the shortest simplest haircut I probably ever received in my life. Initially I asked to have 6 inches removed with big layers and curtain bangs but she only removed about 3 in and it's barely layered and I have more short bangs than anything. No stars the staff look like circus clowns. They have to be told step by step how to cut hair every step of the way. I use to like this place not anymore.
