Walked in with my son. I could only see 3 people on the floor working. This place must be severely understaffed or something to have to sign up to wait 139 minutes for a haircut!! Walked back in and hour later and it was up to 180 minute wait! Only TWO PEOPLE WORKING a busy Sunday! Hire more talent please! This is ridiculous for everyone!
Nice staffs and good work
I went in to Great Clips a couple days ago to get my layers and curtain bangs put back in. The Stylist was incredibly nice and sweet but I'm not impressed with the haircut itself. I have never in my 30 plus years seen someone layer hair the way she did. It was the shortest simplest haircut I probably ever received in my life. Initially I asked to have 6 inches removed with big layers and curtain bangs but she only removed about 3 in and it's barely layered and I have more short bangs than anything.
