Excellent haircut from Venus
I’ve been going here for a few years and loved getting my haircut by Kristin. Always a good haircut, exactly what I asked for, and always provided a friendly experience (my stars are for you Kristin). The last 3x I’ve gone in she wasn’t there so I decided to give other people a shot. First person was fine (don’t remember her name, sorry). The last 2x I’ve gone though, not a great experience. This place REFUSED to cut my hair!!! The woman was obstinate, ornery, unrelenting and absolutely refused to touch my head. After I had waited and was already in the chair. She tore away the cape and told me to go to a barber. My hair was matted in the back from an extended illness and bed rest. It would have been very easy to cut the matted part off from behind.
