I brought my son in for a hair cut. We saw an Asian woman -not sure of her name- and she started his cut with no guard on the razor. When I confronted her about the bald spot, she blamed my son and said that it was already there when she started. After we paid, my son confirmed that she put the bald spot above his ear. I usually don't had a bad experience here, but will refuse to see this person again.
Asked for a very simple trim- walked out with extremely uneven layers.
Conveniently located in the Factory Outlet Stores mall area. I was able to get my haircut quickly and they did a great job making sure I was happy with it. I even got a coupon for $4 off on my next hair cut. Stylist seemed to take care in making sure she understood what I wanted and verified I was happy.
