Michelle was a true gem. She listened and really worked to achieve the look i wanted. I have had struggles with someone who understood what I wanted and was able to deliver. I was impressed with Michelle's knowledge, her understanding and her talent. I will certainly return to see her again.

I brought my son in for a hair cut. We saw an Asian woman -not sure of her name- and she started his cut with no guard on the razor. When I confronted her about the bald spot, she blamed my son and said that it was already there when she started. After we paid, my son confirmed that she put the bald spot above his ear. I usually don't had a bad experience here, but will refuse to see this person again.
Asked for a very simple trim- walked out with extremely uneven layers.
