The cut I received is a far contrast from what I asked for. I had requested layers to make my hair more textured. The “layers” I received are practically the same length. You would’ve thought I had asked for a bob. The service was fine, but your stylists clearly need better training. It looks horrible. You completely messed up the style and cut off a year’s worth of hair in the process.
Went in today hoping to get a fix for a "bad" haircut from another salon (not a GC) and sweet Crystal did an outstanding job! She really listened and my hair looks like me again! Very happy
NEW TO ANATOLIA AREA. HAD A NEW HOME BUILT AND WAS VERY PLEASED THAT GREAT CLIPS WAS NEARBY. THE STYLIST BY THE NAME OF GIA WAS AWESOME. SHE CUT MY HAIR, JUST THE WAY I WANTED. SO SO VERY PLEASED. I FOUND MY PERMANENT HAIR STYLIST AND MY PERMANENT GREAT CLIPS HAIR SALON. THANK YOU!!!!! 😊
