Checked in online, then had no wait when I got to the salon. This was around 9:30 am on a Saturday. My stylist, Gia, asked me what I wanted, then quickly assessed my hair & made some great recommendations. I am very pleased with how my haircut came out. I greatly recommend this Great Clips location & Gia.
I had a truly awful experience at this Great Clips location. I took my daughter in for a haircut and asked the stylist, Alexa, for a layered cut. I even showed her clear reference photos, and she assured me she could do it. Unfortunately, the result was nothing short of a disaster. The haircut is uneven, choppy, lacks any shape, and was cut way too short—so much so that it can’t even be fixed for months.
