I stopped by this Great Clips location while traveling, just looking for a quick trim to freshen up my look — nothing drastic. I clearly explained that I only wanted a little bit off the ends, but the stylist took off much more than I asked for and completely changed the shape of my haircut. The whole thing felt rushed — the cut was done extremely fast, and it seemed like the stylist was about to leave for the day.
